What is pescatarianism and why is it believed to be so good for people to be pescatarian? Pescatarianism is a diet that excludes all meat other than fish and seafood.
Pescatarianism excludes meat (poultry, pork, veal, mutton, etc.) and encourages eating fish. Some pescatarians call themselves vegetarians who eat fish, so they include fish and seafood in their otherwise vegetarian diet. Some people claim that the pescatarian diet is one of the healthiest that exist and compare it to the Mediterranean diet for good reason.
Man was made pescatarian
The pescatarians have some good arguments for eating fish. They think that the human body is not designed to eat red meat or poultry in the way the predatory animals are. The reason given is that people can't eat the meat raw, they have to thermally process it first. Therefore, eating meat is unnatural. In comparison, fish and sea food can be eaten raw.
Many doctors recommend pescatarianism to children of vegetarian parents. Fish and seafood have B12, iron, zinc and omega-3 which every human needs to get supplies of, especially in the growth and development stages. These elements usually appear to be in shortage in vegans and vegetarians.
