SALMON WITH DIJON SAUCE

NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
4 salmon fillets
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup of Dijon mustard
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp crushed/ pressed garlic
Method:
Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the salmon. Lay the salmon on oiled pan with the skin down.
Mix the remaining ingredients together and leave 1/3 of the sauce aside. Pour the rest of the sauce over the salmon fillets.
Bake the fillets at 200 ° С for 10 - 15 min until fully cooked. Serve with the rest of the mustard sauce.
